Site Updates

Well it’s this time of year that I make myself post on here. As you may have come to understand posts on here are sparse and not in a timely manner. Nevertheless in the time that has passed since the last post some things have transpired here. Hard Resets In July I had a hard reset on the of the radio server, because if you trick your self that one of your instances are compromised you go with the nuclear option.

Heya 2025 is here… And let’s say it has started off with a bang! That’s good & bad depending on how you see it, let’s hope less evil is done in the world and a free palastine in our lifetime. On other news, a new radio player that is more device agnostic has been released. So now you get to choose tha classic radio with track history or the new more radiolike player.

It’s been over a year that I have written an update on the site, so I think is time to do so. :) I don’t really care about stats cause the main reason I run the radio is to have an excuse to use my computer and play around with remote servers to be honest. So I combined two of my main geek out subjects, music & computers what combo eh ?

Long time since I’ve posted some news, but there we’re none worth mentioning. So there are a couple of radio & site specific news to share with you. Firstly the chat has been revamped and now features a fully fledged iRC client. I know it’s not what the cool kids use but it’s a protocol (that means it’s not controlled by a single company). Consider a Discord server they may have allot of features compared to IRC but you are at the mercy of Discord.
